Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated warehouse zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move perishable goods efficiently
- Inspect and record inventory in temperature-controlled environments
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and HACCP standards
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
- Coordinate with logistics team for timely product distribution
- Monitor and document warehouse equipment performance
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (-10°F to 40°F) for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and order verification
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper techniques
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not mandatory
- Reliable transportation to our Northside facility
