Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in cold storage environments (-20°F to 45°F)
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient product loading/unloading
- Conduct quality inspections and inventory audits using digital systems
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and HACCP compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless warehouse operations
- Document inventory movements using WMS software
- Perform preventative maintenance on refrigeration equipment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems

- Valid Florida driver's license
