Responsibilities
- Operate temperature-controlled environments (-10°F to 40°F) for product storage
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and palletized inventory using forklifts
- Monitor inventory levels and update warehouse management systems
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Maintain strict sanitation and food safety protocols (HACCP)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient logistics operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
