Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain cold storage temperatures (0°F to -20°F) using digital monitoring systems
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in warehouse racks
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report discrepancies
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and HACCP protocols
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training provided)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Valid driver's license and clean background check
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
