Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Load/unload trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and document inventory conditions
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Operate temperature monitoring systems
- Sanitize equipment and storage facilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Report equipment malfunctions immediately
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 6+ months warehouse or cold storage experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Work in sub-zero environments (0°F to -20°F)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screen
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
