Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer units
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with safety protocols
- Conduct inventory counts and stock rotation
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA standards
- Sanitize equipment and work areas regularly
- Complete accurate documentation of inventory movements
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments (0°F to 32°F)
