Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated and frozen storage areas
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient inventory movement
- Inspect and record product temperatures and storage conditions
- Adhere to strict food safety and HACCP protocols
- Perform routine sanitation and cleaning of storage facilities
- Collaborate with team members for accurate inventory management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to train)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
