Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory in climate-controlled zones
- Monitor temperature controls and report equipment malfunctions
- Maintain strict sanitation standards and food safety protocols
- Perform quality checks on perishable goods and rotate stock
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet delivery schedules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in cold environments for extended periods
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
