Responsibilities
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration systems
- Monitor and maintain optimal storage temperatures (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and document inventory using WMS systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload temperature-controlled trailers
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
- Rotate stock using FIFO methods
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments (0°F to -20°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to 456 Industrial Park Drive
- Willingness to work rotating shifts (including nights/weekends)
- OSHA 10 certification (provided if needed)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
