Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks with temperature-controlled products while maintaining strict cold chain protocols
- Organize and store inventory in -10°F to 40°F environments using FIFO principles
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality inspections and report inventory discrepancies to supervisors
- Maintain strict sanitation standards for food safety compliance
- Monitor warehouse temperatures and refrigeration systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA and HACCP safety regulations at all times
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 32°F to 40°F refrigerated environments for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and temperature monitoring
- Reliable transportation and punctuality for early morning/night shifts
- Willingness to operate warehouse equipment after paid certification
- Strong attention to detail and quality control mindset
