Responsibilities
- Operate refrigerated warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) in sub-zero environments
- Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tracking systems
- Inspect and monitor temperature-controlled zones to ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products with precision and efficiency
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and HACCP guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
- Participate in regular safety drills and equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in environments as low as -10°F (-23°C)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid California driver's license
