Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal refrigeration temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) in assigned zones
- Safely handle, sort, and store perishable goods using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct daily inventory counts and update warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols for cold environments
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas to meet food safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours on concrete floors
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
