Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move inventory efficiently
- Conduct quality checks and document inventory conditions
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Coordinate loading/unloading of refrigerated transport vehicles
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
- Participate in monthly sanitation and pest control procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in -20°F to 40°F environments
- Forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
