Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize products in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Maintain FIFO inventory rotation and accurate record-keeping
- Sanitize equipment and workspaces following HACCP protocols
- Monitor storage temperatures and report equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards in all warehouse operations
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we train all new hires
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
