Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) in cold storage zones
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient product handling
- Conduct inventory audits using RF scanning technology
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA safety protocols
- Monitor refrigeration equipment and report maintenance needs
- Coordinate cross-functional team for seamless loading/unloading
- Implement FIFO inventory rotation systems
Qualifications
- 6+ months warehouse/cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10 certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to train)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly in cold environments
- Basic RF scanning system proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
