Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature control in refrigerated/freezer zones (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in cold environments
- Inspect and record inventory using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA food safety standards
- Load/unload temperature-controlled vehicles efficiently
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
