Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer units
- Inspect and organize inventory using RF scanners
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive shipments
- Conduct daily equipment maintenance checks
- Support sanitation and pest control procedures
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Basic math and inventory skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/shifts)
- No felony convictions (required for food industry)
- Pass pre-employment physical exam
