Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature and humidity levels in -10°F to 40°F storage zones
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration systems per OSHA guidelines
- Conduct daily inventory audits using warehouse management systems
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas following HACCP protocols
- Coordinate cross-functional team for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Document temperature logs and quality control reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or refrigerated warehouse experience
- OSHA 10-Hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid forklift operator certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently in cold environments
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Flexible availability including weekend/holiday shifts
- Pass pre-employment background and drug screening
