Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal cold storage temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) through monitoring and equipment adjustments
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize inventory using FIFO methods
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and temperature monitoring systems
- Conduct daily safety inspections and adhere to HACCP protocols
- Document inventory movements and quality control metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for extended periods
- OSHA 10 certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification preferred
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
