Responsibilities
- Unload and load refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Perform inventory counts and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Sanitize storage areas and equipment following HACCP standards
- Operate cold room doors and monitoring systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient workflow
- Document storage conditions and quality checks
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or obtainable within 30 days)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
