Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in refrigerated environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Inspect and maintain cold storage equipment daily
- Prioritize FIFO inventory rotation and stock rotation
- Document temperature logs and inventory movements
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and HACCP standards
- Collaborate with team members for efficient loading/unloading
- Maintain clean and organized storage areas
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (thermal clothing provided)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Reliable transportation to industrial area
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
