Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated environments
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct daily sanitation and hygiene checks per FDA standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, RF scanners) with precision
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA Forklift Certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures (32°F/-0°C) for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance awareness
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
