Responsibilities
- Safely load, unload, and organize temperature-controlled products in refrigerated facilities (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks following OSHA and company safety standards
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Monitor and document storage conditions (temperature, humidity) hourly
- Inspect products for quality and report any irregularities to supervisors
- Clean and sanitize storage areas, equipment, and tools daily
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance mindset
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures with appropriate PPE
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
