Responsibilities
- Handle, sort, and inventory frozen products at -10°F to -20°F temperatures
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage equipment safely
- Maintain strict sanitation and HACCP compliance standards
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks and organize warehouse inventory
- Complete temperature logs and quality control checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment training provided)
- Reliable transportation to 7am/3pm/11pm shifts
- No experience required – full paid training offered
