- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct routine inventory audits and stock rotation using barcode scanners
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols in sub-zero environments
- Operate material handling equipment with precision and efficiency
- Document storage conditions and inventory movements in digital systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F (-23°C)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Attention to detail and quality focus
