Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature controls in -10°F to 40°F environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Inspect and rotate inventory using FIFO methods
- Document temperature logs and inventory counts digitally
- Sanitize equipment and facilities per FDA guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional logistics teams
- Respond to emergency temperature alerts
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR record
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
