Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and records in refrigerated environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to move temperature-sensitive goods
- Adhere to strict food safety and sanitation protocols
- Monitor warehouse temperatures and report equipment malfunctions
- Load/unload trucks efficiently while preserving product integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F-40°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and safety compliance
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
