Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks while maintaining strict temperature control protocols
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in cold storage environments (0-40°F)
- Perform inventory counts using RF scanners and WMS systems
- Sanitize equipment and maintain HACCP compliance standards
- Rotate stock using FIFO methods to ensure product freshness
- Complete quality checks on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shipping seasons
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 0-40°F environments for extended periods
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Strong attention to detail in quality control processes
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends (4am-10pm shifts available)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
