Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Monitor temperature levels and humidity controls hourly
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA food safety protocols
- Operate cold storage equipment in sub-zero environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Perform sanitation and pest control duties per SOPs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in temperatures as low as -10°F
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Pass pre-employment background check
- 1+ year warehouse experience preferred
