Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and cold storage equipment safely
- Inspect products for quality compliance and document inventory records
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols in subzero environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading operations
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and report malfunctions
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in cold storage or refrigerated warehouse environments
- OSHA 10-Hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to pass company training)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in subzero temperatures for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
