Responsibilities
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks while maintaining strict temperature protocols
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in cold storage environments (32°F-50°F)
- Conduct inventory audits using warehouse management systems
- Monitor and record temperature/humidity levels hourly
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas per HACCP standards
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving teams for timely product movement
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly in cold conditions
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Reliable transportation to 24-hour facility
- Food Handler's Certificate preferred
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
