Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer units using provided monitoring equipment
- Safely load/unload pallets of frozen/dry goods using company-provided forklifts and pallet jacks
- Conduct daily sanitation and hygiene checks in compliance with FDA standards
- Inventory and organize products using barcode scanning technology provided by the company
- Operate temperature-controlled conveyance systems with full PPE support
- Report equipment malfunctions immediately to maintenance team
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA-approved cold safety certification (provided upon hire)
- Experience operating warehouse equipment (forklift certification a plus)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory documentation
- Strong attention to detail in quality control processes
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly with mechanical assistance provided
- Reliable transportation to 24/7 rotating shift schedule
