Responsibilities
- Maintain precise temperature monitoring in -20°F to 40°F environments
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts for inventory movement
- Implement strict sanitation protocols for food-grade compliance
- Perform inventory audits using WMS systems
- Coordinate loading/unloading of refrigerated trailers
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards in cold zones
- Train on advanced refrigeration equipment maintenance
- Support cross-functional logistics operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year cold storage or warehouse experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for extended periods
- Basic WMS/RF scanner proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid California driver's license preferred
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
