Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated/freezer units
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts in compliance with OSHA standards
- Inspect and document product quality/condition upon receipt
- Organize inventory using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles
- Sanitize equipment and facilities following HACCP protocols
- Operate automated warehouse management systems
- Coordinate with logistics teams for efficient loading/unloading
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Comfortable working in sub-zero temperatures (freezer units)
- Valid forklift certification preferred (training available)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screen
