Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer units
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts to organize inventory efficiently
- Inspect products for quality and report any irregularities
- Follow strict sanitation and safety protocols (HACCP compliant)
- Load/unload shipments while maintaining FIFO inventory systems
- Complete daily inspection logs and temperature records
- Collaborate with team to ensure seamless warehouse operations
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F to -10°F)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Reliable transportation to Industrial Park location
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Willingness to undergo background check
