Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperature and humidity levels in refrigerated storage areas
- Load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Organize inventory with FIFO rotation protocols
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Adhere to HACCP safety and sanitation standards
- Operate inventory management systems (RF scanning experience a plus)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shipping deadlines
Qualifications
- Ability to work in 32°F-40°F environments for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
- OSHA 10 certification a plus
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
