Responsibilities
- Maintain strict temperature control protocols in -10°F storage environments
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts for product movement
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks using RF scanners
- Adhere to HACCP and FDA safety standards for food handling
- Inspect and document equipment functionality daily
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Implement FIFO rotation systems for perishable goods
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic RF scanner operation knowledge
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures with provided PPE
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
