Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures in refrigerated/freezer storage areas
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and refrigeration systems
- Inspect inventory for quality and record discrepancies
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Load/unload shipments in temperature-controlled zones
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks
- Utilize inventory management software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments (40°F/4°C or below)
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
