Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated storage areas (-20°F to 40°F)
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct daily inventory counts and stock rotation using FIFO methods
- Operate and maintain refrigeration equipment, reporting malfunctions promptly
- Adhere to HACCP protocols and OSHA safety standards
- Sanitize storage facilities and equipment per health department guidelines
- Collaborate with logistics team for seamless product movement
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work in 32-40°F environments for extended periods
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer skills for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and food safety knowledge
- Valid Hawaii driver's license and clean driving record
