Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain refrigerated warehouse environments at precise temperature ranges
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in cold storage zones with precision
- Inspect, unload, and organize incoming/outgoing perishable inventory
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards in cold environments
- Document temperature logs and inventory movements accurately
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or cold storage experience
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work in sub-freezing temperatures (0°F to 40°F)
- Strong attention to detail and inventory management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
