Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature conditions in refrigerated/freezer units
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct inventory audits and stock rotation using WMS systems
- Adhere to strict HACCP and OSHA safety protocols
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance tasks
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on shipping/receiving schedules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- OSHA 10 certification preferred (training provided)
- Experience in warehouse/forklift operation a plus
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
