Responsibilities
- Maintain optimal temperatures (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated warehouses
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks for efficient inventory movement
- Conduct quality checks on perishable goods using digital scanners
- Adhere to strict HACCP and FDA safety protocols
- Coordinate with logistics team for seamless product rotation
- Document inventory using WMS systems
- Participate in monthly facility sanitation procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience
- Valid OSHA forklift certification
- Ability to work in sub-zero environments for extended periods
