Responsibilities
- Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts to move refrigerated products between storage zones and loading docks
- Maintain strict inventory accuracy using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Monitor and record temperature logs in refrigerated/freezer zones to ensure product integrity
- Perform quality control inspections on incoming/outgoing perishable goods
- Sanitize equipment and storage areas following HACCP protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient order fulfillment
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards in sub-zero environments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to work in 32°F environments for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights/weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
