Responsibilities
- Unload and load refrigerated trucks in temperature-controlled environments
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
- Maintain precise temperature and humidity monitoring systems
- Inspect products for quality and report discrepancies
- Organize and rotate inventory using FIFO methods
- Adhere to strict safety protocols in cold environments
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow
Qualifications
- Ability to work in cold environments (32°F-40°F)
- Basic math and inventory tracking skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly
- Attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
