Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in sub-zero environments (-10°F to 20°F)
- Inspect and maintain refrigeration equipment per safety protocols
- Load/unload temperature-sensitive products with precision
- Conduct inventory counts using warehouse management systems
- Sanitize and organize storage areas to meet HACCP standards
- Document temperature logs and equipment maintenance records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient operations
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly in extreme cold
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems

- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
