Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated facilities
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect products for quality compliance and report irregularities
- Organize inventory using FIFO protocols in cold storage zones
- Adhere to strict sanitation and safety standards (HACCP compliance)
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, RF scanners) safely
- Assist in inventory audits and documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
