Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and store refrigerated products in temperature-controlled environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and sanitation standards
- Perform quality control checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Participate in regular facility maintenance and safety inspections
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- Ability to work in sub-zero temperatures for extended periods
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability (including weekends)
