Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature/humidity levels in refrigerated and frozen storage zones
- Safely load/unload products using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided)
- Conduct quality inspections of incoming/outgoing shipments
- Adhere to strict food safety protocols and sanitation procedures
- Assist with inventory management and accurate record-keeping
- Operate cold storage equipment including blast freezers and coolers
- Maintain clean and organized workspaces to prevent cross-contamination
Qualifications
- No experience required - we provide all necessary training
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable working in temperatures ranging from 32°F to -10°F
- Basic math skills for inventory tracking and measurement
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 facility
