Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain temperature-controlled storage environments (-10°F to 40°F)
- Safely load/unload refrigerated trucks using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Inspect and organize inventory in compliance with HACCP standards
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, scanners, refrigeration systems)
- Document inventory movements and temperature logs
- Adhere to all safety protocols for cold environments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or cold storage experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly in cold conditions
- Valid forklift certification (or willingness to train)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance
- Flexible availability including weekends/holidays
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
