Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain optimal temperature (-10°F to 40°F) in refrigerated warehouses
- Safely load/unload temperature-sensitive products using pallet jacks and forklifts
- Conduct daily inventory counts and stock rotation using FIFO protocols
- Adhere to HACCP and OSHA safety standards in all operations
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, RF scanners, conveyors)
- Perform routine sanitation and facility maintenance checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless logistics operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy for inventory management systems
- Valid driver's license preferred (not mandatory)
- Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or cold storage a plus
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance focus
- Ability to work in 40°F environments with appropriate PPE
